Medical Insurance
A medical insurance provides limited coverage of hospitalization expenses and treatment for pre-specified accidents and disorders. Unlike health insurance, it does not provide any additional coverage.
How to get Medical Insurance
The medical insurance policy features two claims: cashless and reimbursement. In cashless claim, the insured shall be treated at the hospital to which the insurance policy applies. The insurance provider will cover all the hospitalization costs and the insured person will not be expected to pay any fee. In reimbursement claim, the insured person shall inform the company of the hospitalization either in advance or at the time of admission. Additionally, all original documents such as bills, discharge cards and etc must be kept safe. These are required at the time of the claim for refund.
