Roman Romeo Linejan, born in Davao City, Philippines. He was raised with a very strict and well-disciplined family by a mother who was a Retired Major under the Philippine National Police (PNP). With the values and guidance he got in his early age, he have learned about the importance of financial planning and how to be more disciplined in handling his finances.
Experience and Background – Roman have lived in Heilbronn, Germany for 7 years. He studied and worked there as well. In 2008 he went back to the Philippines to pursue a career in Business. But in 2014 after running 3 businesses within 4 years and failed, he had experienced some financial crisis and setbacks. With the struggles and challenges that he have gone through in his life, he stood back up and then started to study more about Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Management. With those past experiences, he is now becoming more wiser in his decision making and planning.
Current Status – Roman is now a Senior Unit Manager of AXA Philippines and the Founder and President of FTH Business Consultancy Services. He started his career in Insurance back in October 2014. With his experience in business, he have developed the leadership skills necessary to lead a team like FTH Movement. And with all the training and development programs of AXA Philippines, Roman have developed himself to be more effective and credible enough to his career as a Senior Unit Manager, Associate Financial Planner and the Founder and President of FTH.
Personal Beliefs and Principles – His main goal is to help people transform their lives in all aspects. “I want to make a difference in the lives of others. Being Successful is what we can do for ourselves. But what we do for others will create a Significance. I want to be a man of great value to others. I have seen a lot of people suffers because of financial problems. Especially in families, the common problem is money. And that is why with our program and financial literacy education, training and seminars, we want to make and create that change.”
